The Platform, which consists of the Anyday mobile app (“App”) and app.anyday-studios.com (“Site”), uses Google Analytics for usage analytics and may share certain user data with third-party email marketing providers. Certain state laws may classify some analytics or marketing data disclosures as a “sale,” “sharing,” or other regulated disclosure of personal information.
Certain state laws may treat some disclosures of personal information to advertising or analytics partners providers as a “sale,” “sharing,” or other regulated disclosure of personal information, which may give you the right to opt out. This page explains certain privacy choices that may be available to you regarding those activities.
You may also be able to limit or disable certain cookies, advertising identifiers, and similar technologies through your browser, device, or third-party opt-out tools, as described below.
There are several ways you may be able to manage privacy choices and opt out of certain analytics, marketing emails, cookies, advertising identifiers, and similar technologies:

- Many of our advertisement partners may collect information by using a tag or pixel implemented by a company that is a member of the National Advertising Initiative and/or the Digital Advertising Alliance, both of which participate in opt-outs. These organizations can help you install opt-out “do not track” cookies on your browser, so that member companies that have committed to honoring them will stop serving you interest based-advertisements. You can have these opt-out cookies placed on your browser by clicking here and here. Please note that if you have configured your browser’s settings to block cookies you may not be able to set the opt-out cookie and may see a message that an “Opt-Out is Blocked by Browser Settings,” or that an “Opt-Out is Temporarily Unavailable.” In addition, if you clear or delete cookies on a particular browser, you will need to reset the opt-out cookie. If you use different computers or browsers, you may need to replicate your choices across those computers and browsers.
- Additionally, you may also restrict the collection and use of advertising IDs on your mobile device. Instructions for how to do this can be found here. If you use multiple mobile devices, you will need to replicate your selections across those devices.
- You can unsubscribe from third-party marketing services, such as, FloDesk, marketing emails by clicking the unsubscribe link in any marketing email. You may also request removal from marketing emails by contacting info@anyday-studios.com.
The Platform honors Global Privacy Control (GPC) and other legally recognized universal opt-out signals where required by applicable law. Where available, you may also exercise certain privacy choices directly through the privacy settings, cookie tools, or similar opt-out mechanisms made available on our Platform.
