FAQ
Answers to the questions we hear most often.
Open the app and tap Sign Up. You'll enter your name, email, birthday and a password. That's it — we don't use social logins, so your email and password are your account.
After signing up you'll answer a few quick onboarding questions so we can tailor what you see first.
They ask three things: your main goals, your training level, and the activities you enjoy most. We use those to shape the workouts and plans you see on your home screen and in Browse.
You can change any of them later under Settings → Edit Goals.
Home — your training calendar for the week, today's workouts, browse plans, and your latest activity.
Workouts — the full library of workouts and plans, plus your training calendar.
Recipes — recipes you can browse, favorite, and mark as cooked.
Blogs — articles from the Anyday team and coaches.
Shop — curated products, with links to purchase on the retailer's website.
Go to Settings → Units and choose Imperial (pounds, feet, miles) or Metric (kilograms, centimeters, kilometers). This applies to weights, distances and body measurements everywhere in the app.
Premium unlocks every premium workout, plan and recipe, gives full access to the shop and exclusive content, and turns on Premium-only features:
The Custom Workout builder, which generates a workout around your goal, time and equipment.
The full Exercise Library with search.
Free members can still browse everything. Premium content shows a small crown badge, and tapping it shows the subscribe screen.
Tap Go Premium from Settings → Manage Subscription, or tap any Premium item. Purchases go through the App Store on iPhone and Google Play on Android, so your payment method and receipts live there.
Go to Settings → Manage Subscription and tap Manage subscription. That opens the App Store or Google Play subscription page, where you can cancel, switch plans, or update payment. Payment, renewal and cancellation are handled by the store you subscribed through.
After cancelling you keep Premium until the end of the period you already paid for. The Subscription screen shows your access-until date once auto-renew is off.
Go to Settings → Manage Subscription and tap Restore purchases. This re-checks your App Store or Google Play purchases and unlocks Premium on this device.
Make sure you're signed in to the same store account you bought with. If you see "No previous purchase found", the subscription belongs to a different store account.
Yes. Premium is tied to your Anyday account. Sign in on any device and, if it doesn't unlock right away, tap Restore purchases under Settings → Manage Subscription.
Refunds are handled by the store you purchased through, not by Anyday. Request one from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com or through the Google Play order history. Their policies decide whether a refund is granted.
The Recipes tab shows the full collection. Filter by category, or narrow to your favorites or recipes you've cooked. Use search to find a recipe by name.
It keeps a log of recipes you've actually made. Cooked recipes get their own filter on the Recipes tab, and your first one unlocks an achievement. If you've turned on sharing for recipes cooked, it also posts to your friends' feed.
Yes. Go to Settings → Video Sound and pick how workout videos treat music from other apps:
Pause my music — videos pause your music and resume it when they finish.
Lower my music — your music keeps playing quietly under the video.
Play over my music — both play at full volume.
Muted videos never affect other apps.
Occasionally we release a change that older versions of the app can't work with. When that happens the app asks you to update from the App Store or Google Play before continuing. Updating takes a minute and keeps everything working.
The app needs to be installed on the device that opened the link. If it is installed and links still open in the browser, restart your phone — this refreshes the link association — and try again.
Check Settings → Notifications in the app and make sure push notifications are on.
Check your phone's system notification settings for Anyday.
Notification settings are per device — if you've signed in on a new phone, turn them on there too.
Go to Settings → Account. You can update your first and last name, change your email, and change your password from there.
For security, changing your email or password asks you to re-enter your current password first.
On the login screen tap Forgot password, enter your email, and tap Send reset link. Follow the link in the email to choose a new password, then sign in with it.
If the email doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder and make sure you entered the address you signed up with.
Go to Settings → Edit Profile to write a short bio and add your Instagram, Facebook or website links. They appear on your public profile.
To change your profile photo, open your profile and tap your avatar — you can pick a photo from your library and crop it before saving.
Go to Settings → Delete Account, re-enter your password, and confirm. Your profile, activity and social connections are removed.
Deleting your account does not cancel a Premium subscription. Cancel it first through the App Store or Google Play (see the Billing section), otherwise you'll keep being charged.
Coach and staff accounts, and accounts that have published content, can't be deleted from the app. Email stayte@pixelandtexel.com and we'll take care of it.
Go to Settings → Notifications and use the Push notifications toggle. Notifications cover new recipes, workouts, blog posts and store drops, plus friend requests.
The toggle applies to the device you're on. If you turned notifications off in your phone's system settings, the app will point you there to turn them back on.
Anything scheduled for today appears in Today's Workouts on the Home tab — tap Start Workout. To do a workout that isn't scheduled, open it from the Workouts tab and start it from the detail screen.
During a workout the app tracks each set. On iPhone an elapsed timer and set progress also show on your Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island.
Tap the pause control and choose Pause & save for later. The workout waits for you — nothing is lost, and it shows as Paused until you come back and tap Resume Workout. You can also quit and discard the session from the same menu.
A plan is a multi-week program that schedules workouts onto your calendar. Open a plan from Browse Plans on Home or the Workouts tab, pick a start date, and tap enroll. Your training calendar fills in with the plan's workouts week by week.
To leave a plan, open it and tap Leave Plan. Completed workouts stay in your history.
Yes. Open Training Calendar and drag a workout to another day in the week view. In the month view, tap a day to see and open what's scheduled.
Workouts that are already in progress or completed can't be moved.
Open any workout from the Workouts tab and use the schedule option to pick a day. It then shows on your calendar and in Today's Workouts when that day arrives.
Custom Workout is a Premium feature. Tap Build My Workout and answer a few steps: your goal, how long you have, the equipment you have (or Continue Without Equipment), and what you want to target. The app generates a workout you can save and start right away or schedule for later.
Each workout lists its equipment on the detail screen. If you're missing something, look for a similar workout with different equipment, or use the Custom Workout builder (Premium) and tell it exactly what you have — including nothing at all.
Tap the heart on any workout, recipe, blog post or shop item. Your favorites are collected on your profile under the Favorites tab so you can find them again quickly.
Achievements unlock automatically as you use the app and show on the Achievements tab of your profile. They include:
Firsts — your first workout, first completed plan, first cooked recipe, first custom workout, and first favorites.
Workout milestones — 10, 25, 50, 100 workouts and beyond.
Streaks — working out on 3, 7, 14, 21, 30 consecutive days and up.
Premium member — for subscribing.
Streaks count calendar days in your local time zone. Finishing two workouts in one day counts as one day toward a streak.
Open your profile and tap Stats for streaks, consistency and training volume, or Metrics to see every exercise you've logged with your recent numbers. Tap an exercise to see its history.
Open Add Friends from the social area. You can:
Search for someone by their @handle.
Show your My Code QR code for a friend to scan.
Scan a friend's code with your camera, or scan one from a photo.
Sending a request notifies the other person. Once they accept you'll see each other's activity in your feeds.
Friends are mutual — both people accept, and both see each other's activity. Following is for coaches: tap Follow on a coach's profile to see their posts and content, no approval needed. Coaches are marked with a whistle badge next to their name.
Your feed shows posts from coaches you follow and activity from your friends. What you share is up to you — go to Settings → Social Sharing Settings to choose which activity posts automatically:
Workout completions
Workout favorites
Achievement unlocks
Recipe favorites
Recipes cooked
Turn any of these off and that activity stays private to you.
Tap the reaction button on any post in your feed to react, or tap the post to open it. You'll see who else reacted below the post.
Open their profile, tap the ⋮ menu in the top corner, and choose Block. Blocking removes any friendship, hides their activity from you, and hides yours from them.
To undo it, go to Settings → Blocked Users and unblock them.
Use the Share button on any workout, plan, recipe, blog post or shop item. It sends a link that opens straight to that item in the app for anyone who has it installed, and shows a preview page for anyone who doesn't.
Email support@anyday-studios.com. Include the email address on your account and, if it's about a specific workout or purchase, the name of it. We reply as quickly as we can.
Both are under Settings → More in the app, and on our website.
Your workout history, stats and metrics are private to you unless you choose to share activity through Social Sharing Settings. Your profile name, handle, bio and links are public so friends can find you. See the privacy policy for the full details.
